According to the invention, 20-30 parts by weight of siraitia grosvenorii residue, 35-40 parts by weight of grape branches and 17-20 parts by weight of peanut shell are used as carbon sources of the compost, and 18-22 parts by weight of wheat bran, 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of sugar, 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of gypsum, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.08-0.12 part by weight of magnesium sulfate are also added for preparation of the tremella aurantialba compost. The problem that main carbon sources for cultivation of tremella aurantialba are few and price is high is greatly solved.
