The automatic guide vehicle comprises a moving mechanism, a grabbing mechanism and a first controller for controlling the automatic guide vehicle to move. The grabbing mechanism comprises a movable cross bar and at least two grippers moving along with movement of the cross bar. The grabbing mechanism further comprises a positioning and unloading mechanism. The positioning and unloading mechanism comprises positioning rods connected with the grippers and located in the same horizontal plane with the cross bar. The positioning rods are hinged to the cross bar. The positioning and unloading mechanism further comprises a positioning assembly which enables the positioning rods to be parallel to or to intersect with the cross bar. The positioning assembly comprises elastic components distributed in the axial direction of the cross bar, fixed pulleys close to one ends to two ends of the elastic components, and pulling ropes.
