Abstract

The method comprises the steps of placing the five tiers of almond container in sequence; heating almonds for 3 min by hot air assisted radio frequency; placing the five tiers of almond container in reverse direction; heating the almonds for 3 min by hot air assisted radio frequency; stopping heating the almonds by radio frequency, and holding the temperature of 72 DEG C for 15 min by hot air; stopping temperature holding by hot air, and cooling quickly to room temperature.
