Sweet, 5-10 parts of manchurian wildginger, 5-8 parts of herba polygalae japonicae, 3-5 parts of veronica anagallis-aquatica L., 20-30 partsof shiitake fungus powder, 8-12 parts of flavoring powder, 1-2 parts of active dry yeast and 1-1.5 parts of chitosan.
