The method comprises the following steps: providing a magnetic resonance pulse sequence,including excitation pulse and re-focusing pulse, the two pulses being configured according to one of the following methods, thickness of a scanning layer on which the excitation pulse acts being larger than standard layer thickness and layer thickness on which the re-focusing pulse acts being equal to the standard layer thickness, or thickness of a scanning layer on which the excitation pulse acts being equal to the standard layer thickness, and the layer thickness on which the re-focusing pulse acts being larger than the standard layer thickness; determining one or more scanning layers; according to liquid flowing directions in the scanning layers, determining scanning sequence of the scanning layers; and using the magnetic resonance pulse sequence to perform magnetic resonance scanningon the one or more scanning layers.
