Abstract

The invention discloses a precision resistance brazing method for stranded conductors and fine wires. The method comprises the steps of filling brazing filler metals and brazing flux into a groove ofa grooved graphite block; matching the size of the brazing filler metal with the size of the groove of the grooved graphite block; flat placing the part, to be welded, of the stranded conductors ontothe brazing filler metals; energizing and heating the grooved graphite block with a welding power supply, and obtaining the stranded conductors infiltrated with the brazing filler metals; moving awaythe stranded conductors infiltrated with the brazing filler metals from the groove of the grooved graphite block; filling the brazing filler metals and the brazing flux into the groove of the groovedgraphite block; putting the fine wires on the center part of the brazing filler metals; putting the stranded conductors infiltrated with the brazing filler metals on the fine wires; and energizing andheating the grooved graphite block with the welding power supply so that the stranded conductors are connected to the fine wires by brazing. The brazing method disclosed by the invention is easy to operate, and a joint obtained is filled with the brazing filler metals; and the joint performance is superior to the performance of a conventional resistance brazed joint.
