When the jackfruit tree pollen solution is used for hand pollination, the pollen solution prepared on the same day is poured into a sprayer, and is sprayed onto female inflorescence showing on stigma at 8-10am or 4-6pm and is sprayed again the next day. The pollen solution can improve the pollen germination rate and stigma receptivity; in preparation of the pollen solution,a vortex washing method is adopted due to small but sticky jackfruit pollen particles, and the method can collect enough jackfruit pollen particles. When being used for hand pollination, the jackfruit tree pollen solution can prevent malformed jackfruits effectively, and the commercial fruit rate reaches up to 95% or more.
