Embodiment Construction

[0017] In order to make the technical means, creative features, goals and effects achieved by the present invention easy to understand, the following examples are given to describe the present invention in detail, without limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

[0018] Rice seedling cultivation: Soak the rice seeds in clean water for 24 hours, then replace them with 300 times liquid strong chlorine solution and immerse them for 12 hours, rinse them with tap water, continue soaking them for one day, and accelerate germination after soaking. Sow in the seedling field and cover with plastic film after sowing. Management is carried out according to general seedling fields.

[0019] Rice seedling transplanting: using the seedling transplanting method, the seedlings were transplanted into pots at the end of April. The diameter of the pot is 266mm, the height is 190mm, and the sieved soil is about 12kg, containing 23.2g·kg of organic matter -1 , available nitrogen 9...

Abstract

The invention discloses a regulation and control method for reducing heat damage to rice, especially a method for increasing the rice pollen viability and pollen germination rate under high temperature, and thereby increasing the rice seed setting rate under high temperature. Rice seeds are sown in seedling field for seedling culture at the end of March. Seedlings are transplanted into pots at the end of April, wherein the soil in the pots contains: 23.2g*kg<-1> of organic matter, 95.2mg*kg<-1> of available nitrogen, 22.5mg*kg<-1> of rapid available phosphorus and 82.6mg*kg<-1> of rapid available potassium. Each pot contains 3 seedlings. Before transplanting, 2g of urea and 0.5g of monopotassium phosphate are applied to each pot as base fertilizer. After 7 days of transplanting, 0.5g of urea is applied to each pot. 0.6g of urea is applied to each pot in the panicle initiation stage. Under the condition of high temperature, at the beginning of the rice breach stage, a regulating agent containing 10g / L of ABA, 1.5mmol / L of salicylic acid, and 10g / L of 6-BA is sprayed for continuous 3 days. The regulating agent is required to be evenly sprayed on rice plants, wherein it is required that each plant is totally wetted by the regulating agent. By use of the regulation and control method, the rice pollen viability and pollen germination rate under high temperature are greatly increased, and thereby the rice seed setting rate is greatly increased; damage to rice caused by high temperature is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of stress-resistant cultivation of rice, and in particular relates to a control method for improving rice pollen vigor and pollen germination rate under high temperature, thereby increasing seed setting rate and reducing high temperature heat damage. Background technique [0002] Rice originates from low-latitude tropical regions and has the characteristics of adapting to high temperature and short-day ecological environment. However, the growth and development of rice requires a certain suitable temperature range, and high temperatures above 35°C during reproductive growth will cause damage to rice. In recent years, with the acceleration of the global industrialization process, the average temperature of the earth has gradually increased, the frequency of extreme high temperatures has gradually increased, and the duration has been prolonged. High temperature has become the main factor affecting crop growth i...
