Abstract

The invention discloses a double-block type ballastless track slab. The double-block type ballastless track slab comprises a roadbed slab and a double-block type sleeper poured in the roadbed slab. The double-block type sleeper comprises two sleeper blocks and a plurality of trusses, wherein the two ends of each truss are poured in the two sleeper blocks correspondingly. The trusses are space trusses, each truss comprises a plurality of longitudinal beams arranged in the height direction of each sleeper block in a layered mode, the longitudinal beams are made of steel-continuous fiber composite bars, and the extending direction of each longitudinal beam is consistent with the extending direction of the double-block type sleeper. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the double-block type ballastless track slab. The trusses made of the steel-continuous fiber composite bars serve as transverse carrying bars to be combined with concrete, and the double-block type ballastless track slab is prepared; a closed loop formed by the steel bar trusses in the track slab is eliminated, the insulating property of the track slab is improved, the using length of a track circuit is increased, and the force-bearing performance and the endurance performance of the track slab are ensured; and the preparation method is simple in technology, other insulating measures are not needed, and the cost is effectively reduced.
