Abstract

The invention discloses a plumb line deviation measuring device and method. Four auxiliary measuring points are selected in any two orthogonal directions of a plumb line deviation measuring point, thedistances between every two auxiliary measuring points in all directions are equal, the plumb line deviation measuring devices are installed on the auxiliary measuring points for GNSS high-frequencyobservation, the precise geodetic height difference, base line lengths and azimuth angles in the two orthogonal directions of the auxiliary measuring points are calculated, meanwhile a fluid hydrostatic leveling device is utilized to measure the precise level height difference of the two orthogonal directions of the auxiliary measuring points, thus plumb line deviation components of the plumb linedeviation measuring point in the two orthogonal directions are calculated according to the mathematic relation of the geodetic height difference, base line lengths and level height difference of thetwo orthogonal directions of the auxiliary measuring points, and finally a meridian component and a prime component of a plumb line deviation are calculated by utilizing the plumb line deviation components in the two orthogonal directions and the relation of the azimuth angles and the meridian component and the prime component of the plumb line deviation. The plumb line deviation measuring devicecan be operated in an all-weather mode and has the advantages of being small in working amount, capable of saving manpower and material resources, low in cost, higher in precision and the like.
