Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for phosphatidylserine content. The detection method is capable of solving the problems of a current detection method that the retention time is overlong andthe peak shape is not good. The detection method comprises the following steps: (I) drawing a standard curve: accurately weighing a phosphatidylserine standard sample and preparing standard solution,and performing the high performance liquid chromatography separation in the gradient elution condition; (II) preparing a liquid sample suitable for the high performance liquid chromatography sample introduction by using a sample to be detected; (III) separating the sample to be detected by the high performance liquid chromatography in the gradient elution, wherein the gradient elution condition is the same as the gradient elution condition in the step I; and (IV) recording the peak area by using an evaporative light-scattering detector, to obtain the phosphatidylserine concentration in the sample according to a fitting equation obtained in the step I.
