Abstract

The invention discloses a kriging model-based optimization method of an air-source heat-pump water-heater condenser tube. The method is characterized by including the following steps: (1) utilizing aparametric modeling function of AutoCAD software to construct a group of physical models of different condenser-tube diameters; (2) utilizing the parametric modeling function of the AutoCAD software to establish a group of physical models of different condenser-tube locations; (3) utilizing a fluid-field and thermal-field coupling method of COMSOL Multiphysics software to calculate temperature field distribution of the two groups of physical models; (4) determining that two obtained groups of data are sample points, and utilizing a Kriging model to carry out optimization calculation on the sample points; and (5) finally obtaining optimal condenser-tube structure parameters. The method has the advantages that the kriging model-based optimization method of the air-source heat-pump water-heater condenser tube is provided, temperature distribution inside a water tank is enabled to be most uniform through carrying out optimization design for a diameter and a location of the condenser tube,and temperature is enabled to be highest.
