Abstract

The present invention provides two pairs of primer sequences based on qRT-PCR for identifying the transcriptional changes of hormone signal-related genes in the body of cultivated rice in response to brown planthopper feeding. The primers are designed across gene introns to ensure that only amplified rice cDNA corresponding sequence. The specificity and intron-spanning primers provided by the present invention can realize the accurate detection of changes in the transcription level of hormone signal-related genes in rice response to BPH after feeding, can effectively remove the pollution of nuclear gene amplification, and provide a new way for rice to respond to BPH. Research on the molecular mechanism of feeding provides a reliable method.
