The external packing paperboard comprises a paperboard body which comprises buffer layers, a waterproof and moisture-prooflayer, an external packing layer, paper layers, corrugated paper layers, metal net layers and a support layer, wherein the support layer is arranged in the paperboard body, the metal net layers are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the support layer, the corrugated paper layers are symmetrically arranged on one sides, far from the support layer, of the metal net layers, the paper layers are symmetrically arranged on one sides, far from the metal net layers, of the corrugated paper layers, and the top ends of the paper layers are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the external packinglayer; and the paperboard body is packaged with the external packing layer, the buffer layers are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the external packing layer, and the waterproof and moisture-proof layer is fixedly arranged on the buffer layers.
