The reflecting antenna array comprises a plurality of graphene reflecting blocks, a dielectric substrate layer and a grounding metal plate, and is characterized in that each graphene reflecting block comprises a plurality of graphene reflecting units, and the graphene reflecting unit are located at the upper surface of the dielectric substrate layer; the adjacent graphene reflecting units in the same graphene reflecting block are mutually connected; the plurality of graphene reflecting blocks are connected into a plurality of graphene reflecting block links in a chain type manner; the graphene reflecting units are micron-sized reflecting units; and the grounding metal plate is located at the lower surface of the dielectric substrate layer.
