The method comprises the steps of dissolving 5 to 100g of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and 5 to 100g of copper pyrrolidone carboxylate by using 200 to 400g of pure water, and adding 5 to 100g of octadecanol and 5 to 80g of isopropyl myristate for dissolving to obtain a first solution; dissolving 0.1 to 5g of preservative byusing 90 to 110g of pure water to obtain a second solution; dissolving 0.004 to 0.2g of metallothionein and 0.002 to 0.04g of recombinant human epidermal growth factor by using 200 to 400g of pure water, adding 0.02 to 5g of procyanidine, 0.01 to 5g of vitamin C, 0.01 to 4g of vitamin E for dissolving, and adding 0.02 to 5g of allantoin and 0.04 to 6g of seabuckthorn seed oil for dissolving to obtain a third solution; mixing the first solution, the second solution and the third solution to obtain a mixed solution; spraying the mixed solution to a non-woven fabric, controlling the moisture rateof the non-woven fabric, and splitting and packaging to obtain a finished product.
