Embodiment 1

[0034] This example confirms the NH of the three-way catalyst 3 -SCR performance. The catalyst is impregnated with TiO 2 Composition of Pt on a reinforced glass fiber paper-based monolith on top of which is applied a compound containing vanadium and tungsten, titania and silica with NH 3- SCR active washcoat layer. The Pt content in the catalyst was 88 mg / l. The content of the SCR active washcoat was 197 g / l, of which 5% was silica. The catalysts were aged at 550°C for 1 hour before performance testing. Reactor feed gas consists of 250ppm NOx in nitrogen (less than 5% of which is NO 2 presence), 300ppm NH 3 , 12%O 2 and 4% water. Adjust flow rate to reach 100000h based on monolith volume -1 airspeed.

[0036] This example shows the performance of a three-way catalyst as characterized in Example 1 for the selective oxidation of ammonia to reduce amine slip. The catalyst was aged at 550°C for 1 hour.
