Abstract

The present invention provides a method for reducing the ground vibration caused by the collapse of a large-scale structure. The method comprises the following steps: I) determining the ground range of the rubble pile after the collapse of the structure; II) providing a vibration damping cushion, designing and selecting preliminary physical parameters of the vibration damping cushion, using debrisand rubbles in the rubble pile to obtain the compressive height of the vibration damping cushion, and then comparing the preliminary physical parameters of the vibration damping cushion with the compressive height to determine best parameters of the vibration damping cushion; and III) arranging the vibration damping cushion determined by the final physical parameters within the rubble-piled ground range. According to the method provided by the present invention, advantages of strong energy consumption, almost negligible spring back after compression, good durability, low maintenance cost, andthe like of the vibration damping cushion are used, and under the action of the impact force, the vibration damping cushion can generate multiple "folds", so that the ground vibration caused by the collapse of the large-scale structure can be effectively reduced.
