According to the invention, the hydrogen is produced by the hydrolysis of vapor and magnesium hydride, and the reaction heat is produced to provide the pyrolysis high temperature environment for the pyrolysis of the hydrogen storage material, so that the hydrogen storage material can be pyrolyzed in the high temperature environment to release the hydrogen, and the generated hydrogenis supplied to the fuel cell for power generation.
