The filter and a syringe body of the precise filtering injection syringe are assembled integrally, and different channels are used for liquid medicine suction and liquid medicine injection, and can be switched through the switching handle. Thus, inconvenience that an external liquid medicine filter is assembled and disassembled frequently is avoided.
