Abstract

The invention discloses a clean biodiesel. The clean biodiesel is prepared from, by weight, 40 to 50 parts of rapeseed oil, 30 to 40 parts of ethanol, 30 to 40 parts of diesel oil, 1 to 5 parts of anemulsifier which is composed of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and methyl benzoate in a weight ratio of 1: 2, and 10 to 20 parts of water. Through reasonable design of the ratio of all the components and adoption of the emulsifier with a special ratio, sufficient emulsification among components like diesel oil and water is realized, synergistic interaction among all the components is achieved, and the prepared clean biodiesel has excellent combustion efficiency (wherein a cetane number is 65 or above) and stable intersolubility, and is free of the phenomenon of layering after storage forone year or more.
