Abstract

The invention provides a third rail power supply device for rail vehicles and a rail vehicle system. The third rail power supply device for the rail vehicles comprises N first power units and an auxiliary power supply bus connecting the first power units, wherein the first power units are connected to contact rail main lines; the power units comprise anti-reverse diodes, snubber circuits and firstinverters; each anti-reverse diode is arranged between the corresponding contact rail main line and the input side of the corresponding first inverter; the contact rail main lines are arranged on thesame sides as positive electrodes of the anti-reverse diodes; two ends of each anti-reverse diode are in parallel connection with the corresponding snubber circuit; the auxiliary power bus is connected between a negative electrode of each anti-reverse diode and the corresponding first inverter; and the snubber circuits are used for absorbing reverse voltage input into the negative electrodes of the anti-reverse diodes when the contact rail main lines are not supplied with power and releasing the absorbed electric energy when the contact rail main lines are supplied with power.
