Abstract

The online measuring device includes a standard measuring block, a standard measuring rod, a standard craft ball, and a set of angle-selectable standard measuring base. A multi-angle mounting slot is fixed on the standard measuring base. The actual allowance of machining, namely, the actual machining amount for subsequent machining, is determined by comparing the actual measured value and the theoretical calculated value. Online measurement is adopted, and the turnover time of offline measurement can be reduced. The error caused by multiple times of clamping and aligning of machining parts in offline measurement is avoided, the number of quality problems produced in case part mounting base profile milling is greatly reduced, and the out-of-tolerance problem and waste caused by measurement are significantly reduced.
