[0024] (1) Extraction of crude saponins of metabolites from the roots of Panax notoginseng. Choose healthy three-year-old Panax notoginseng roots, wash the surface with tap water, and cut into 1-2cm slices, air-dried at room temperature, and then grind into powder with a mill and pass through a 100-mesh screen. Weigh 40g of Panax notoginseng powder into a 50mL Erlenmeyer flask (500ml), and ultrasonically extract with 200mL 80% methanol at 30°C for 40min. After extraction, centrifuge (12000rpm, 4°C, 5min), and collect the supernatant. Abstract

The invention relates to a method for screening multifunctional beneficial microorganisms, belonging to the field of plant protection. The method aims at the shortcomings that beneficial microorganisms screened out by using an in-vitro bacteriostatic circle method can not play prevention and control roles at the rhizosphere of panax notoginseng; the invention provides a method for screening microorganisms, which can not only use saponins secreted by the root system of the panax notoginseng as nutrition for growing, but also effectively antagonize root rot bacteria, from the soil of the panax notoginseng. The method comprises the steps of firstly, using the root system of the panax notoginseng to extract metabolite crude saponins, then making a selective medium by using the extracted crudesaponins, using the selective culture medium to screen the microorganisms which use the saponins as the nutrition for growing, and finally screening the microorganisms having an antagonistic ability for the root rot bacteria by using a confrontation culture method. The microbial strains screened out by using the method not only can be well colonized at the rhizosphere of the panax notoginseng, butalso effectively antagonize the root rot bacteria, thus finally realizing the ecological prevention and control of root rot caused during the planting of the panax notoginseng.
