Abstract
The invention relates to an automobile ignition coil insulation performance test board and a using method. The automobile ignition coil insulation performance test board comprises a timer, a signal generator, a cable, a steel ball groove, a steel ball, a sensor, and an oscilloscope. A steel ball is arranged in the steel ball groove, the signal generator is electrically connected with the timer; the timer is connected with one end of the cable; the other end of the cable is used for stripping a cable sheath to be connected with a to-be-measured ignition coil, the outgoing line of the sensor isfixed on the outer shell of the steel ball groove, and is electrically connected with the steel ball groove shell to be grounded through the sensor, and the signal output end of the sensor is connected with the oscilloscope. The steel ball serves as a test medium, when the 30 KV high voltage is generated in the ignition coil, the steel ball generates a discharge phenomenon, and the insulation performance of the ignition coil is tested through the discharge pulse, the ignition coil insulation instrument has the beneficial effects that the problem that the overall insulation performance of the ignition coil is tested is effectively solved, the performance is stable and reliable, the test is accurate, the operation is simple and convenient, and the test efficiency and level are improved.
