Abstract

The invention discloses a tri-standard-rod-method-based double-light-path laser scanning calibration system and method. The system is composed of a laser emitting part, a detecting part and a light receiving part. The laser emitting part is composed of a laser device and a scanning rotating mirror. The detecting part consists of a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a semi-transparent semi-reflective prism, and a total-reflective prism. The light receiving part consists of a first photodiode, a second photodiode, and a data processing unit. Light emitted by the laser device passes throughthe scanning rotating mirror to generate a scanning beam; the firs lens processes the scanning beam into a parallel beam; the semi-transparent semi-reflective prism and the total-reflective prism carry out process to form two-path parallel beams; high-speed scanning is carried out on a standard rod and a tested workpiece in a measurement region; with the two lenses, the parallel beams are focusedto two photodiodes; and optical signals obtained by the two photodiodes are converted into electrical signals and the electrical signals are transmitted to a data processing unit to display the measured diameter. Therefore, the influences caused by the environment and accidental errors are reduced.
