Abstract

The invention relates to a surfacing welding method of nickel base alloy. The surfacing welding method comprises a wire-feeding machine, a swing device, a welding trolley, a power supply used for electroslag welding and a welding gun. An adopted nickel base alloy welding wire is featured by current of 160-250A, voltage of 28-34V, swing speed of 1.2-1.6m / min and swing width of 10-100 mm. After oneweld bead is finished, the welding trolley moves at 1.0-1.5mm and then surfacing welding operation is performed on a next weld bead. The deposition amount ranges from 60 to 80g / min. With the surfacingwelding method, advantages such as high dimension precision and great surface quality are obtained. The method can be applied to surfacing welding restoration of small-sized components and parts.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a surfacing welding method, which belongs to the technical field of welding, in particular to a surface surfacing welding method of a nickel-based alloy. Background technique [0002] Large-scale structures usually use submerged arc welding or electroslag welding with strip electrodes for surface surfacing or repairing of nickel-based alloys. However, due to the characteristics of large electrode size and large volume of tooling equipment, it is difficult to apply to the surface surfacing of small parts or structures. [0003] Nickel-based alloys are generally welded by argon tungsten arc welding, manual electrode and other methods; inert gas shielded welding is usually not used because the forming performance cannot be guaranteed. Although manual electrode welding or argon tungsten arc welding can also be used to perform surfacing operations on the surface of components, due to the low degree of automation and low efficiency,...
