Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a sweep frequency signal of which the frequency continuously changes is converted into a first acoustic wave; the top part of the structural component is scanned by using the first acoustic wave; the first acoustic wave passes through the structural component to form a second acoustic wave in the closed space; the second acoustic wave is converted into a frequency signal; and data processing is performed on the frequency signal so as to obtain the self-resonant frequency. The device comprises a scanning signal generator, a loudspeaker, sound absorbing cotton, a sound pickup and an upper computer. The problem of rapid detection of batches of structural components can be solved so that the repeatability is great and the accuracy is high withoutdamage to the surface coating layer.
