Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic feeding system for producing a rare earth coloring agent and a feeding method of the automatic feeding system. The automatic feeding system comprises a supportingstructure frame of the whole feeding system, a material storage device, a discharging device, linear modules, mechanical arms, a conveying belt, crucibles and graphite pots. The crucibles serve as containers of the whole automatic feeding system, each crucible needs to be filled with four layers of raw materials in the whole technological process, the layers of raw materials are separated by graphite flakes, and one raw material also needs to be put into each graphite pot and then put into the corresponding crucible. By the adoption of the automatic feeding system for producing the rare earthcoloring agent and the feeding method of the automatic feeding system, all working procedures of the whole feeding system can be intelligently controlled, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the production capacity of the rare earth coloring agent and the working efficiency are improved; the discharging device conducts discharging control according to the set weight required bythe technology, the error of the discharging weight can be reduced, and accurate discharging control is achieved; and the linear modules are used for locating the crucibles, the strokes of the mechanical arms and the paths of the mechanical arms, and accurate control over filling of the graphite flakes is achieved.
