The hazardous waste incineration treatment system comprises a feeding device, a reverse flow type rotary kiln and a secondary combustion chamber, wherein the feeding device is configured to feed hazardous waste into a kiln head of the reverse flow type rotary kiln; the reverse flow type rotary kiln is configured topyrolyze the hazardous waste and generate pyrolysis gas, a primary air inlet is formed in a kiln tail of the reverse flow type rotary kiln, the pyrolysis gas is discharged from the kiln head of the reverse flow type rotary kiln, and the secondary combustion chamber is configured to further burning out unburnt substances escaping from the kiln head of the reverse flow type rotary kiln and ensure that pollution substances generated in the combustion process can be completely decomposed.
