The dielectric ceramic comprises a mainmaterial and a modifier, wherein the main material is Ba0.98Ca0.02Zr0.12Ti0.88O3, and the modifier comprises two or more of MnCO3, Nb2O5, Y2O3, MgO and SiO2. The dielectric ceramic is prepared from the main material and the modifier by performing ball milling, drying, grinding and sieving; the fine-grained ceramic with high density can be obtained by performing spark plasma sintering (SPS) on thedielectric ceramic. Low-temperature sintering of the giant-dielectric constant ceramic is achieved, and the ceramic with high density and fine grain size is obtained; the dielectric ceramic materialhas high dielectric constant, low loss, a good capacity temperature characteristic and excellent comprehensive electrical properties; in addition, raw materials of the dielectric ceramic material arelow in cost, and do not contain toxic elements such as lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium, so that the dielectric ceramic material is an environment-friendly high-dielectric constant ceramic material.
