The system comprises a remote terminalcontroller, an oil pressure transmitter, a return pressure transmitter, an oil temperature transmitter, a frequency converter and an underground working condition recorder, wherein the frequency converter is connected with an ARM processor in the remote terminal controller and an electric submersible pump; the oil pressure transmitter, the return pressure transmitter and the oil temperature transmitter are connected with the remote terminal controller through an RS232 data interface; the underground working condition recorder is connected with the electric submersible pump and is connected with the remote terminal controller through an RS485 data interface; the oil pressure transmitter, the return pressure transmitter, the oil temperature transmitter and the underground working conditionrecorder transmit the acquired underground data to the ARM processor; and the remote terminal controller is accessed to the IoT (Internet of things) system through an RJ45 network interface so as to report the working condition data of the electric submersible pump.
