The invention discloses a novel energy-saving air conditioner capable of adjusting the load dynamically. The novel energy-saving air conditioner comprises an air adjusting device, a refrigerating
machine, refrigerated
water temperature sensors, a refrigerated water pump, a cooling device, at least one temperature and
humidity sensor and a controller. The air adjusting device comprises a
heat exchanger and a draught fan placed on one side of the
heat exchanger; and a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the
heat exchanger. The refrigerating
machine supplies refrigerated water to the heat exchanger, a refrigerated water inlet and a refrigerated water outlet are formed in the refrigerating
machine; a refrigerated water inlet
pipe is connected between the refrigerated water inlet and the water outlet of the heat exchanger; and a refrigerated water outlet
pipe is connected between the refrigerated water outlet and the water inlet of the heat exchanger. The refrigerated
water temperature sensors are mounted on the refrigerated water inlet
pipe and the refrigerated water outlet pipe. The refrigerated water pump is mounted on the refrigerated water outlet pipe. The cooling device is connected with the refrigerating machine. The at least one temperature and
humidity sensor is used for measuring the temperature and
humidity of air. The controller is electrically connected with the air adjusting device, the refrigerating machine, the refrigerated
water temperature sensors, the refrigerated water pump, the cooling device and the temperature and humidity sensors. The
system can adjust cold energy output in real time according to the change of the air thermal and humid load, and accordingly energy is saved.
