Abstract

The invention provides a multi-radiation source passive positioning method based on joint estimation of position and waveform parameters, and relates to the field of radar signal processing. The method considers locating multiple transmitters emitting unknown chirp signals, and uses a multistatic radar receiver to intercept the signals and transmit the data to the processing center for locating. First use the short-time Fourier transform to obtain the time-spectrum of the received signal, then apply the Hough transform to separate and extract the time-spectrum, then use the basic classification algorithm to process the separated time-spectrum, and finally combine grid search to determine multiple emission sources position and signal parameters. For multiple LFM transmitters, this method effectively combines passive positioning with short-time Fourier transform and Hough transform, and jointly estimates signal parameters and positions while controlling the increase of calculation amount. It effectively solves the problem that existing passive positioning algorithms are difficult to locate multiple targets, thereby realizing high-precision positioning of multiple targets.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of radar signal processing, in particular to a multi-radiation source passive positioning method based on joint estimation of position and waveform parameters. Background technique [0002] Passive positioning technology has the advantages of low interception rate and low power consumption compared with active radar because the radar itself does not need a transmitter to emit electromagnetic waves. At present, there are two kinds of passive radars under development: one is to rely on target radiators to detect and locate targets, and the other is to use electromagnetic waves emitted by other radiators to further locate targets. The former case is considered here, in which the target itself is the radiation source, which may be airborne radar, jammer and communication equipment, etc., so it can also be called transmitter positioning. [0003] In the prior art, there is a direct positioning method (DPD) that jointly pr...
