Abstract

The invention discloses a metal wire cleaning system. The metal wire cleaning system comprises a wire releasing device, a cleaning device and a wire collecting device; the cleaning device comprises afirst cleaning pool, a second cleaning pool, a third cleaning pool and a fourth cleaning pool connected in sequence; ultrasonic generators are arranged in all the cleaning pools of the cleaning device; dryers are arranged between two adjacent cleaning pools of the cleaning device; the dryers communicate with air heaters; and metal wires on the wire releasing device penetrate through wire penetrating holes, formed in all the cleaning pools, in sequence to connect to the wire collecting device, so that the purpose of preventing carrying of liquid in the previous cleaning pools into the next cleaning pools when the metal wires pass through the different cleaning pools is achieved.
