Abstract

The invention discloses a cabinet type indoor unit and an air conditioner. The cabinet type indoor unit comprises a shell, a cross-flow wind wheel and a single-row heat exchanger. The shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air outlet vertically extends. An air channel communicating with the air inlet and the air outlet is arranged in the shell. The cross-flow wind wheel is installed in the air channel and vertically extends. The single-row heat exchanger is arranged in the air channel and located between the cross-flow wind wheel and the air inlet. The single-row heat exchanger comprises a fin group and a coiler group. The coiler group comprises n1 main coilers which are sequentially arranged on the fin group in the vertical direction and n2 first auxiliary coilers located above the n1 main coilers, wherein n1>=2, 1<=n2<=n1. After one ends of the n2 first auxiliary coilers communicate with any n2 main coilers in series in a one-to-one correspondence manner through crossing pipes, the other ends of the n2 first auxiliary coilers communicate with the remaining main coilers in parallel.
