The copper-clad aluminum composite bar can be formed after the molten aluminum is completely casted and solidified. The proportion of copper and aluminum in the copper-cad aluminum composite bar can be realized through the centrifugal speed and an internal electromagnetic confinement force. According to the method, the copper-clad aluminum composite bar is prepared by using the combination of centrifugal casting of copper and directional solidification of aluminum, and a directional solidification technology of a copper-level aluminum core is adopted, so that the preparation method has the advantages good bonding in interface ofaluminum and copper and high strength of aluminum and copper.
