Problems solved by technology

Although HARQ-CC is a symbol-level retransmission scheme, the data packets retransmitted each time are the same, so only the diversity of the channel during multiple retransmissions is used to combat noise and fading in the channel, so the efficiency is relatively low. Low

Embodiment

[0038] The HARQ (ie HARQ-Chaotic) method based on analog chaotic coding proposed by the present invention is a symbol-level retransmission technology. The data in the retransmitted data packet using the HARQ-Chaotic scheme is the codeword after the modulation symbol in the first transmitted data packet is encoded by using the chaotic code. The receiving end combines these chaotic code words to perform soft decoding of the chaotic code, and then performs soft demodulation of QAM, and finally sends it to the FEC decoder to recover the signal source. In this embodiment, Turbo code is used as FEC code, 16QAM and 64QAM are used as modulation modes, and the waveform is OFDM modulation.

[0040] In step 1, the source bits of a frame are first CRC encoded, and then FEC encoding and QAM modulation are performed. The chaotic c...

Abstract

The invention relates to a HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) method based on an analog chaotic code. The HARQ method comprises the steps of: sequentially carrying out CRC coding, FEC coding and QAM modulation on one frame of source bits; after a sending end scales an amplitude of a QAM symbol, carrying out coding of the chaotic code, wherein a chaotic codon is a retransmitted data packet; after a data packet received by a receiving end is subjected to channel compensation, combining an original data packet and the retransmitted data packet to carry out chaotic code soft decoding and QAM soft demodulation, and then obtaining an LLR (log-likelihood ratio) of a FEC codon; and after the LLR is subjected to FEC decoding, if the LLR passes CRC check, completing transmission of one frame ofsource bits and sending an ACK signal, or sending a NACK signal and waiting for the sending end to send more retransmitted data packets. Compared with the prior art, according to the invention, a biterror rate of a decoded source output by the receiving end can be obviously reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a HARQ retransmission scheme in a wireless communication system, in particular to a HARQ method based on an analog chaotic code. Background technique [0002] In a wireless communication system, the noise and fading in the channel will interfere with the data, thus causing the transmission to fail. At this time, various methods can be used to ensure the correctness of the transmitted data. One method is ARQ (Automatic Repeat Request), and the other method is to use FEC (Forward Error Correction Code). Hybrid ARQ (Hybrid Automatic Retransmission, or HARQ) is a retransmission technology that combines FEC and ARQ. The existing HARQ technologies mainly include soft combining HARQ (ie HARQ-CC) and incremental redundancy HARQ (ie HARQ-IR). HARQ-CC retransmits the same data packets as before. HARQ-IR retransmissions are data packets composed of redundant bits (usually punctured bits from the previous transmission). Noise a...
