Abstract

A self-powered circuit is a structure in which a serial connected structure of a diode and an energy-storage capacitor is in parallel connection with the part between drain-source electrodes of a power switching tube in a traditional BUCK structure circuit, and electric power in the capacitor is provided for a self-started circuit; the self-started circuit is used for driving the power switching tube; a self-powered energy collecting circuit comprises a rectification circuit, the self-powered circuit and an energy management controlling device; the energy management controlling device is used for conducting charge-discharge management on an energy storage device and conducting communication with the self-started circuit through a photocoupling manner. According to the energy collecting circuit, the energy collecting circuit is suitable for the application of a small ocean energy independent power generation system, and the energy collecting circuit has the advantages of generator starting under a low energy condition, electric energy self collecting, system power generating and storing capacity increasing and the like.
