The remotemonitoring platform is in wireless connection and communication with the ship-mounted terminal. The ship-mounted terminal is in connection and communication with the BMS through a CAN bus. The BMS isused for monitoring the state information of the power battery pack and sending the state information to the ship-mounted terminal. The ship-mounted terminal is used for awakening the BMS to run and sending the state information to the remote monitoring platform. The remote monitoring platform is used for processing the state information and judging whether abnormity exists or not. The remote monitoring platform is further used for remotely setting the dormancy time of the ship-mounted terminal and the running time of the BMS after the ship-mounted terminal is started. The invention further provides a pure electric ship power battery automatic monitoring method.
