This invention relates to the field of marine propulsion technology, specifically to an auxiliary propulsion structure for electric ships. The structure includes a ship hull, a propeller mounted on the bottom of the hull, and rotating rods fixedly connected to both sides of the hull. The first device identifies, based on the first authentication message, an encryption key, a cleartext message, and an encrypted message. The first device authenticates, using the first encryption key, the second device based on the first cleartext message and the first encrypted message.
