generating capacity curve and a future load curve, introducing a net load
reference line to compare and mark a charging window and a discharging window, and decomposing the net load curve into a high-frequency component and a low-frequency component by adopting a
frequency domain decomposition technology; then different
battery scheduling sub-modules are introduced to respond to the high-frequency component and the low-frequency component respectively, an optimal charging and discharging instruction in a future period is formulated based on net load absolute values and battery characteristic parameters under a charging window and a discharging window, and through distributed dynamic flexible
energy storage scheduling, rapid charging and discharging response is ensured, and the charging and discharging efficiency is improved. And a peak clipping and valley filling plan can be stably executed.
