The voltage phase conversion circuit comprises a first step-down circuit,a first phase shift circuit, a first inverter circuit, a first power amplifier circuit, a first boost circuit, a second phase shift circuit, a second inverter circuit, a second power amplifier circuit and a second boost circuit. The first step-down circuit, the first phase shift circuit, the first inverter circuit, the first power amplifier circuit and the first boost circuit are connected in sequence. The second phase shift circuit, the second inverter circuit, the second power amplifier circuit and the second boost circuit are connected in sequence. The input end of the second phase shift circuit is further connected with the output end of the first inverter circuit.
