Abstract

The invention discloses an area protection partitioning algorithm giving consideration to communication constraint, and the algorithm faces the technical requirements of the area protection quick movement and reliability, gives consideration to the maximum jump number factors of substations and a main station, combines with the balance of the partitioned areas, and proposes an area protection mainstation selection model of a permutation and combination prioritizing method based on a Floyd shortest path algorithm. Furthermore, a substation dividing model is built according to the multifactor indexes affecting the communication time delay of area protection. In a dividing process of the substations, the algorithm gives consideration to the impact from an area protection communication network topological relation and length and bandwidth through combining with the technology of the graph theory, and achieves the reasonable distribution of the substations. N-1 channel faults in a rear preset region are caused for the partitioned area, and the impact from communication time delay in the communication tortuous process of the substations is analyzed, thereby achieving the further correction and supplement of the partitioning strategy. The algorithm effectively irons out the defects of a conventional method which needs a large amount of manual judgment operations and determination operations, achieves the partitioning area balance, and is smaller in communication time delay in a region.
