Abstract

The invention provides a two-section electrolytic cell emergency bus device. The two-section electrolytic cell emergency bus device is composed of a lap joint bus on the upper portion and a vertical bus on the lower portion. The lower end of the vertical bus is provided with a downward crimping block used for being connected with a passage bus or a cell periphery bus of an electrolytic cell. The upper end of the lap joint bus is provided with an upward crimping block used for being connected with an anode bus of the electrolytic cell. The upper end face of the vertical bus is provided with atleast one set of upper crimping grooves stretching over the surface of the vertical bus. The portion, below the upper crimping grooves, of the vertical bus is provided with lower bolt holes for allowing bolts to penetrate through. The lower end face of the lap joint bus is provided with lower crimping grooves stretching over the surface of the lap joint bus. The portion, above the lower crimping grooves, of the lap joint bus is provided with upper bolt holes allowing bolts to penetrate through. While the bolts penetrating through the upper bolt holes are horizontally arranged in the upper crimping grooves, the bolts penetrating through the lower bolt holes can be horizontally arranged in the lower crimping grooves. The two-section electrolytic cell emergency bus device is simple in structure installation operation, alignment is convenient, and the installation speed is high; moreover, the overhead crane holding time is short, only the upper structure of an overhead crane needs to be hoisted in pace, and there is no need to conduct auxiliary installation on the overhead crane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an emergency equipment for failure of an aluminum electrolytic cell, in particular to a two-stage emergency busbar device for an electrolytic cell. Background technique [0002] The aluminum electrolysis production line consists of hundreds of electrolytic cells running in series with centralized power supply. When any electrolytic cell in the production line has an accident, such as busbar damage, short-circuit damage, etc., so that the current cannot pass through a certain electrolytic cell, the entire production line will be shut down. And the recovery from the accident will take a long time, which will cause heavy losses to the electrolysis production. The emergency bus device is used for temporary short-circuit jumper in case of electrolyzer accident. [0003] Most of the current emergency bus devices adopt the installation method of overall hoisting and installation in place. Since the emergency bus needs to be installe...
