AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves how well clothes are dyed by adding certain chemicals called bleach or other substances onto them before they go washed with clean rinse liquid. By doing it properly, these treatments help make their colors look better for longer periods without damaging sensitive parts like eyesight components such as lenses. Additionally, there're also ways to collect wastewater produced when dying fabrics after use. Overall, this process helps create more durable clothing while reducing environmental concerns associated with disposal thereof.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technology describes an improvement over existing methods used to improve cloth dyesing efficiency. It suggests adding a special device or system to wet both sides of the fabrics before they are dyed together. By doing this, there may occur issues such as uneven distribution of liquid due to differences between how much water flows onto each area while being treated separately. Additionally, some areas might experience more pressure than others leading to wrinkles caused by gravity pulling downward towards them. To address these concerns, another solution involves collecting condensed water after treatment without leaving any residue behind.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of textile processing, in particular to a method for improving cloth dyeing effect. The method includes S1, S2 and S3. A pre-shrinking machine adopted in the method comprises a box, a first conveying roller, a humidifying mechanism, a water supply mechanism, a wiping mechanism, a second conveying roller, a discharging box, a drying mechanism and a thirdconveying roller. Water can be uniformly sprayed to flow through the top surface and the undersurface of cloth for wetting through a first drainage head and a second drainage head which are in staggered arrangement, so that the inside of the cloth is wetted sufficiently and uniformly, and subsequent pre-shrinking effect is improved; surplus water on the cloth can be absorbed through a sponge pad,so that impact on equipment devices caused by the fact that water drops from the cloth all the time during subsequent movement is avoided; the sponge pad absorbed with the water can circularly flow through an airing box, and hot air can be blown to the sponge pad through a mesh-shaped fixing plate, so that the sponge pad can absorb water all the time.
