The electrochemical test paper comprises an insulating substrate, two independent detection systems arranged on the insulating substrate, a conductive film layer, a reaction film layer and a curing layer, wherein the detection system comprises a liquid guide groove body formed in the insulating substrate; the liquid guide groove body comprises a first liquid guide groove and a second liquid guide groove being independent of each other; the first liquid guidegroove is provided with a first sample inlet; the second liquid guide groove is provided with a second sample inlet; the conductive film layer is arranged on the insulating substrate; the conductivefilm layer comprises a first reference electrode, a first working electrode, a second reference electrode and a second working electrode being mutually insulated from one another; the reaction film layer comprises at least one electron mediator and at least one enzyme which reacts with a detected substance.
