Aninlet of an oil way on a valve body communicates to the pressure adjusting valve, after the oil way passes through the pressure adjusting valve and the work oil pressure is adjusted, the oil way is divided into two oil ways, one oil way communicates to the energy storage valve, and the other oil way communicates with the reversing valve through the inching valve the proportional pressure reducingvalve, wherein the reversing valve is used for switching the oil ways and enabling oil to flow into a clutch. The pressure adjusting valve mainly adjusts the work oil pressure of the reversing clutchof the tractor. A pipeline filter mainly guarantees cleanliness of oil of a hydraulic system. The energy storage valve mainly alleviates impacting and eliminates pulsation. Through the arrangement ofthe proportional pressure reducing valve and the inching valve, the reasonable pressure increase character of the work oil pressure of the reversing clutch and the low-speed advancing requirement ofthe tractor are achieved.
