The invention relates to a multi-mode organ chip system integrating a pneumatic micro valve and a side-entry sensor. The multi-mode organ chip system comprises a lower-layer flow channel substrate layer, a porous film, an upper-layer flow channel layer, a valve control film layer and a pneumatic control layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, the system comprises at least one group of multi-modal organ chip units, and each group of multi-modal organ chip units comprises a culture flow channel, a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, a pneumatic control channel, a plurality of lateral insertion interfaces and a plurality of cell culture cavities. The invention further relates to a preparation method and application of the multi-mode organ chip system integrating the pneumatic micro valve and the side-entry sensing. A separation structure of a culture area and a detection area is constructed in the organ chip, on-demand communication / isolation of the culture area and the detection area is realized by utilizing a pneumatic micro valve, and meanwhile, a lateral insertion interface is formed in the side wall of the detection area, so that an external electrochemical sensor can be horizontally inserted and self-sealing is formed by virtue of an elastic material.

The invention relates to a three-dimensional stacked chip with a closed-loop layered microfluid temperature control structure and a closed-loop temperature control method. The three-dimensional stacked chip comprises a multi-layer chip stacked structure, an embedded microfluid network, a distributed temperature sensing system, a mixed through silicon via interconnection array and an intelligent control unit. Through adoption of a sensing-heat dissipation-interconnection integrated periodic array architecture, functional cooperation of temperature sensing, fluid heat dissipation and vertical interconnection is realized. The distributed temperature sensing system monitors the temperature of each area of the chip in real time through a PN junction diode array, the intelligent control unit generates a regulation and control instruction based on a layered and zoned control algorithm, and precise flow regulation is conducted on each layer of micro-channels through independently controlled micro-valves and variable-rate micro-pumps. According to the system, a complete closed-loop control framework from sensing, decision making to execution is constructed, the limitation of a traditional heat dissipation scheme in the aspects of dynamic response and management precision is broken through, intelligent fine temperature control of the three-dimensional stacked chips is achieved, and the heat dissipation efficiency and operation reliability of the chips are remarkably improved.
