The system includes a sign-in system database server provided with a sign-in system database; the WeChat applet which is in protocol connection with the sign-in system database server and which is applied in WeChat; an Internet-of-things sensing communication device arranged in an attendance checking site and in signal connection with the WeChat applet; and a control terminal used for program setting on the sign-in system database server. The method andthe system support multiple users to sign in at the same time, solve the queuing congestion problem that multiple users sign in at the same time, and improve the sign-in efficiency. The signing utilizing the method and the system is fast, and the signing can be completed in the range of about 30 meters to 50 meters. The method and the system don't need arrangement of strong electricity or networkcables, and an iBeacon bluetooth device can be powered by a common #5 battery, so that the implementation cost of the method and the system is low. The method and the system are convenient to use without the need of downloading other APPs except the WeChat.
